Songbird Roasters Coffee

Songbird Roasters Coffee Company is a fictitious coffee brand that specializes in resealable, reusable and functionable whole bean coffee packaging. Many coffee bags are not resealable; therefore, I designed the packaging to reflect a solution to maintaining the freshness of coffee. I used a resealable pouch to keep the coffee sealed and fresh, protecting it from debris or moisture. Most coffee packaging also does not offer the opportunity to see the coffee beans that you are buying. The solution was to create a bird shape cutout through the package to see the coffee beans and correspond with the brand, enticing customers to interact with the coffee bag. The colors used are a range of monochromatic browns to symbolize the coffee beans, warmth and comfort. The songbird theme is used to correspond with the singing birds in the morning when the customer will be sitting and drinking their coffee, and a portion of the profits being sent to a music foundation.
