Typographic Poster Series

The typographic poster series is a series of three informational posters representing

three different time periods of design. The Bodoni poster expresses the 1798 time period

by explaining the transitional serif typeface and embodying the geometric, condensed and contrasting renaissance style. The Futura poster exposes the 1927 style with geometric lines, shapes, low contrast and sans-serif type. The third poster is based on the 1993 Georgia serif typeface made for low resolution digital screens for readability and clarity.

All three posters stand alone in their time through their unique features but form a cohesive group together through a vintage and generational tan color scheme and shared geometric decorative elements.
